Looks like a mud bog truck project that he had some big plans for, then just slapped some spare axles under it and decided to sell. Those exhaust pipes would never work if he threw some big ass tires on it though.. need to be up through the hood. I could be completely wrong, but my inner redneck came out and saw a little potential for a bad ass mud truck. :lol:
