Just finished reading Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain

Really good inside look at the real side of being a chef, not just the celeb chef shit you see on TV. Next up is Medium Raw, the follow up to Kitchen Confidential, written after Bourdain started his No Reservartions gig.

awesome book, very detailed. lots of the dialouge is exactly the same as in the movie.
