Alright how do you cook these grissley chewy bits of overlooked and inexpensive goodness?

Personally I boil them then mince them and feed them to the cats. I have had the hearts sliced thin and pan fried with a little garlic butter and onions. As for the gizzards..I have only had them breaded then deep fried. While not terrible...I didn't find them all that impressive.

I have no idea on how to cook them, but I need to say that you should only consume organ meat once a week.

Over-consumption can cause some serious health problems.
