« on: October 08, 2011, 08:29:42 PM »
Very impressive Galant, some things you'll consider rice, but a lot of performance work has gone into this.

Rear diff and suspension setup:

His build thread for the AWD setup:

Dyno Sheet:

4G64 block, Evo DOHC head swapped, Works wheels, Brembo calipers front and rear, lots of mods. Full list of mods here:

If it wasn't for the ugly as body kit, black hood and trunk. I might actually like it.

It's not actually an aftermarket kit, it's the Super VR-4 pieces, in Carbon Fiber. But agreed, it would look cleaner all silver.

Doesn't look like it can do much.  And it looks like the wheel flares at least are flush with the tires just about.  The rest of it is probably unnecessary though...  I'd rock it to.

New dyno vids with his AWD setup:

http://s3.photobucket.com/albums/y83/EvoInside/?action=view&current=20080101095357.mp4

On C16 race gas, and 25psi: 440WHP
http://s3.photobucket.com/albums/y83/EvoInside/?action=view&current=20080101110618.mp4

On pump gas (93) and 19psi, it still laid down a respectable 362WHP.

Done on an AWD Mainline dyno, similar in HP numbers like that of a Mustang dyno.

Could have been a great sleeper.

Given the fact that most ricers are slow as shit, I suppose ricing it out sort of DOES make it a sleeper.

Would a sleeper/ricer be a slicer, or a reeper?

Both names sound like scifi monster names.
