These are the 4 I carry most often.

From the top:
Benchmade 940 Osborne
Kershaw auto folder
Husky Knife
Gerber small folder

Same old rajon. More Jon, less Ra.

Current carry Kershaw Needs Work. Very fast opening knife, and a very sharp blade.

Cold steel.   This is my work carry.  Its all sorts of beat up, but i love it.  this was my first experience with a Tanto blade and i was suprised at how much it comes in handy.  As far as the quality of knife i couldnt be more happy with it.  I honestly couldnt.   construction is solid, the blade itself seems, hard to explain but higher quality then most blades i have owned...

this is my personal carry.   Sog Trident Tanto.   Not as rigid or as solidly constructed as my Cold Steel, but the cut away on the grip is pretty handy.   also i really like the spring assisted opening.

I know its funny that i have a work knife and a personal knife, but my work knife, the cold steel, is constantly being used and stays in my work pants, which are usually covered in thick thick grease.   i dont plan on putting that knife in my everyday clothes and have them ruined by the shit i have to deal with at work everyday.

After 4 years of carrying a Gerber EVO, I finally upgraded my EDC:

Compared to the Gerber, it's pretty much 100 times better in every category, though I kind of miss the finger flip.

Here's part of my collection. A lot of it was my Dad's. Mostly older Bucks, Shrades and Bokers and cheap gentleman's knives.

What model Benchmade is the Brewski? I'm in the market for a new pocket knife and have been drooling over Benchmades for a solid week.  How do you like that Axis-locking system versus the typical liner-lock?

That's a 943 Osborne.  I have a 940 (rajon has one on the top in his set).  Great knives and hard to beat for EDC use.  Axis-locks are much more comfortable than liner locks though my SOG's Arc-lock is much smoother than the Axis or the Ball Bearing Lock on that Spyderco Manix.

Fuck me, man. $230 bucks!?  Also, not sure I want serrated this time around, and the 943 Osborne on Benchmade's site does not show a smooth blade like that.

I think mine was had for ~$170... can't remember where though. I want to say a retailer selling on amazon.

It's been a great knife though... well worth it to me. Only thing I did was contact Benchmade and request a new clip. The paint started to chip on the edges, and it bothered me. A week later and I had a parkerized version in my mailbox, hassle and cost-free.

Yea, after a bit of research, this is the knife I will be buying.  Thanks for the info guys, now I've got to shop around and find a decent deal.

So, turns out the SOG assembly plant is all of a 30 second drive from my office.  If you walk in there and ask them, they'll sell you their "factory 2nds" which can be a whole host of things, but usually things like the safety lock isn't painted red enough, or in my case, somebody ordered an engraving and then didn't want it.  So I got this knife for half off because I'm not SSGT Heathcock.

I'm not too concerned with what engraving the blade has on it, I just want a sharp knife that works, anyways, here's a pic.

Added a 531 Axis to the EDC rotation.  Picked up the Presidio and 940-1 CF in June.

Haven't posted in a while. AR can't get to my original email account to redo the password.  Anyway, added to the collection. The CRK is the latest.
