Figured since it's been about a year I may have to dredge this back up. Guess what I'm about to have to re-start because I fucked up and saved too far into the crater?

The PC version is pretty shitty.

The PC version is pretty shitty.

Please explain? The original PC port was pretty unstable, but I have yet to see much difference in the re-release other that background textures scaling poorly on modern high resolution screens. In fact a lot of reviewers think the re-release is a slight improvement over the PS1. version

It it an actual re-release like things have been revamped? Or is it the original PC version just being put up for sale again? It just always seemed a little wonky to me compared to PS1.

It begins again. I haven't touched FFVII in well over a year now...I totally forgot where I was, or if I left off on disc 2 or 3...

If I ever switch the plugs around on my TV, I'll boot it back up. Nothing like analog 32 bit graphics on an LCD TV!

God I know that's right. I had to move from the massive TV in the living room to a normal TV in the bedroom, and it's still hella pixilated.

They make an adapter cable to make it somewhat play in HD, or least NOT in analog.

I keep forgetting to buy one, I miss playing Gran Turismo as well.

So I'm not to the end of Disc 1 and everyone is at or around level 50 and I'm grinding like a motherfucker to master my materias...
