You realize that doing that would not be good business practice and there's a 99% chance they won't do it, right?

Newegg is a good retailer and shit happens.  No reason to be unreasonable.

I thought that's what kalgorn was getting at :
I'm surprised they haven't express shipped one out to you right away for a replacement.

I didn't think it was that unreasonable at the time

That is what I was getting at, but I wouldn't go as far as to demand it. I'm just surprised they didn't do it. At least they gave you a 2-day shipping label for the return. I can assume they're not charging you a restocking fee?

I'm pretty sure they aren't, nothing was mentioned of that.

I just figured I would double check. They shouldn't be since it's a return due to DOA.

So, no return shipping label...and I requested it again two days ago.
They give me the same answer "One will be in your inbox in 24 hours" and I have had no such luck.

This is fucking ridiculous. I've been sitting on a fucking brick computer for over a week now with NO resolution from the people I bought it from.

Fuck this company, I thought you guys said they were reputable and had good customer service? I've had better customer service from a 19 year old McDonalds employee.

We did say that because they do have fantastic customer service. Have you checked your spam box? Maybe tried a different email address? I don't know why you're having issues.

Have you called them?   Call them, and request to speak to a supervisor if they give you the same statements.  Also, it wouldn't hurt to try resetting the BIOS.  Very simple process.

I could not reach the BIOS, took the HDD out and everything.

I'll give them a call and see what's up.

Resetting the BIOS is done manually, with the system off.

Unplug the computer.  Inside the case, there will be a small round battery..remote it.

like this:

Let the board sit (again while it's unplugged) for 2-3 minutes with no battery.  Put the battery in, plug the computer in, and try to fire it up.

Cool; I'll try that out when I get to work tomorrow.
I already packed up and brought it to my store for UPS to pick it up.

LOL glad it's going. :)  If only you'd have initially followed my advice in reply#23.  haha...Manufacturers change the boot order when they're installing hardware and software, and it probably just never got reset at the factory.  Sucks about Newegg letting you down, but I'm glad it was just a simple BIOS issue.
