The only way to have true duals is to have an engine that requires two headers. Generally means it has to have two banks of cylinders like a V, H, or W style engine.

Seeing much worse doesn't justify the rice. The taillight thing sounds like a ricer's justification.

@Chaos... We get it. You don't think you have enough rice to be a ricer. That's the ricer in you speaking. Just accept the fact and either be prepared to be called out on it all the time or fix the rice.

Don't get me wrong, I like darks tails.  I do not like doing anything to the front tho.  And like I said I can't change the pipe untill I'm done with the swap ( have to buy a plug and play and they are not cheap)
I don't own any cars, or bikes, nor have a job, or legs.

Hey Chopper, did you know that you are the sheep Dragoonboy plows everyday, thus leading to your sheep anus being tired and overused?

So... you're just like every other ricer?

This is pretty much it right here.  That and he said:

OHAI

I know my Pontiac has some rice to it, but the shit I find...well, fuck. It makes mine look unoticeable. We all know my headlights are rice, due to the clear corners, and my tails are blacked out. But take away those two pieces, and my car doesn't look much different from any other GA. Onyx has busted my balls all too often, and loves to target me. But my car isn't some gaudy ricetacular thing, I changed headlights, and blacked out the existing stock tails.

I like it here, and I have a hoot finding all the cars from chode-domain, Stance:Nation, Fatlace and anywhere else I see something wacky. But I know I drive an unloved, slow car, and I'm well aware of it. Does it bother me? Fuck no, I have a love/hate thing with the car. Sure, I've wanted something quicker, but it's been ultra reliable for me over three years and 65,000 miles of use. So, it is what it is.

Yeah, all low level ricers say that.  Just because your car isn't as bad as another doesn't mean it's not rice.  You're a liability to this site, and you're an embarrasement when you go out and bring in pictures of ricers from other sites when you do and have done the same thing.  "I don't have those tail lights anymore"...yeah, but you did..and rather than focus on go faster things you tinted your stock tail lights, and threw in projector headlights instead.  I'm not throwing insults at you, I'm speaking the truth.  If it insults you, then all I can say is the truth hurts.

Don't forget he props his hood like a ricer.

I thought he had made a few performance mods though... I'll have to look again later.

So...what, you're saying you don't want me to find the cars that I do? I brought a lot of activity there.

Would it be better if they have no clue what I own? Because that's the case on CD as of now, due to the fact that I had to make a new profile.

But you do like to single just me out. What about the others? I get your point, but it gets long in the tooth when you say the site's members have closet ricers, when you continually make me the whipping boy for all the closet ricers on here.

Why not bust Johnny Butt's balls over his Accord, for example?

Why I do or do not bust someone elses balls isn't a concern of yours.  For all you know I'm just starting with you.

Yep.  Functional hoods are rice ::)

Right.  Because it had MASSIVE scoops.  It was fiber glass, had functional intake scoops with a CAI that was made to work with the hood, as well as functional rear heat extractors and it was painted to match the car.  No rice, and the "look at me" part wasn't at all why it was purchased.  The hood was purchased because an old lady in her lumina crossed the road ahead of me when the car was 5 months old.  As such, it needed a hood.  With the insurance money I purchased that hood for the upgrades to match my CAI since I was already planning on purchasing that hood eventually.  Did it look good?  I think so, but again, not why I got it.

Painted to match the car, or left unpainted?  Oh, and real carbon fiber, or just that overlay shit? ;)

Just my 2cents, I don't see why there would be any problem with real CF painted to match the car.  Weight savings is always good, and if it's painted most people won't even know it's there.

I eagerly await Onyx's stance.

Let's say....unpainted and purchased because of a wreck, and the color compliment the car in the same way my fenders compliment my Jeep.

I don't think a person on this site thinks a painted carbon fiber hood is rice.

If it's painted you can't even tell it's carbon fiber unless it's open

This is why one has to be specific with you.  You like to try and set little traps.

Anything left unpainted is rice.  I don't care if it's fiberglass, CF, or bare metal.

Also, I know what you're doing.  Stop playing rebel without a cause.  This is anti-rice.com.  Look at the upper right corner of this site in your browser when you scroll all the way to the top.  What does that say?  Why..could it be?  It is!   It's the phrase "Function over form".

I don't think a person on this site thinks a painted carbon fiber hood is rice.

If they do, there is something wrong with them.  IIRC, doesn't the ZR1 have carbon fiber for most of it's body?
