Sockeye Salmon

I love Salmon and this is the easiest way to make it IMO.

1. Buy some wild sockeye, any type will do but farm raised atlantic doesn't taste the same. If you can't find sockeye try to find any wild caught variety
2. Cover the outside with EV olive oil, not too much, just enough to make it so it doesn't stick
3. Cover the oil soaked fish with salt, pepper, and rosemary (fresh is best but dried works)
4. Cook in the oven for 15-17 minutes at 350 degrees.

serve, delicious and heathy
