Caryn...because it is my name and my mom couldn't spell.
I picked this one when we decided to buy the place, I think first name basis is important.
Before this is as SVXapeal...as I drove an svx and that was my license plate.
Go take a sugar-frosted FUCK off the end of my dick.

Framescrape...because well I used to scrape frame with my minitruck.
I'd use my first name but there are apparently already a few Kyle's from Rochester.
I really wish I could come up with something a bit more clever... but I am unoriginal and not very creative.

dotCom because I like the sound of it.

I should just configure a symbol I've changed my SN so many times. Oddly enough, I have never used my default name for any other forum here - this is the only site that I've been on for more than 5 years and have NOT used it.

I like the ambiguity of this one, though. And I mean it isn't like you don't know who I am. Just look at the Review Section.

Moshkenstein - Name of the never-was power metal band me and a friend were going to start in HS where I'd be the singer. Could still be a reality if the guy who actually came up with the name didn't become a huge douche (a musician? NO!) Sounded bad ass at the time...

After I sold my Suzuki my old SN (Zuki Guy) didn't make a whole lot of sense.. I wasn't gonna bother changing it but Wicho caught me on AIM and suggested Jeepidude. I liked it and asked Caryn to change it.. SHe was kind enough to oblige.

I changed my name to Zuki Guy back when I was Sweetsuzuki.. I used that name for 3 years or so. It was a product of a troubled time in my life. I grew to hate how lame that name was though it was still better than the SN I used WAAAY back (xtreme_x90)

Combination of my hometown, Navasota, and Soulja.  Started as a joke, I just used it for XBL, but it's pretty much taken over my life on the webz.

Dan; Like Caryn I think first names are important. I used to be pretty shy and had low self-esteem so a screen name was a buffer for me. I'm not that way anymore. :)
djr_81; My initials and year of birth.
I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together.

Rocket - Olds marketing on their engines in the late 60s early 70s.

442 - A car by Oldsmobile I Own.

So (follow me here, its complicated)

[Rocket] + [442] = Rocket 442

speedy_2 is short for my old email address - (2002) lol.  I couldn't think up a name so I made that up and I pretty much use it on every forum I've ever been on.  It's even my Playstation ID and probably a few other things too.  Too much to remember.

Porksword1971.
A term for my cock and my year of birth.
Because I am a big dick.
I sign all of my posts... so I figured "Jim" would have been rhetorical.
I signed on here as FoMoGo the first time I signed up.
When I was a pup I had a sideline building engines.
Had a set of rubber stamps to stamp the crate
I also did a few performance ford builds for friends and people who heard about my work.
Instead of a new custom stamp... i used an altered older FOMOCO stamp.
Go = performance.
The engines got to be called FoMoGo Specials.
The name got hung on me.
I didnt mind it... and used it when I needed an internet persona... as James Jones was taken somehow.

Brewski: Nickname since middle school. It's one of the more common mispronunciations of my last name, so it stuck.

I remember you asking to change your name to something better, but yet you wasted a good chance.  :slap2:

Also, Mick would be short for my real name, Which is Michael amd I don't like Mike or Mikey (I have killed for people calling me less).

The offer to change my name still stands... hell if I could have came up with something clever, I may have changed it when I registered :( but I fail at making new names.

Gremlin, because on May 28th 1972 my dad was driving my mother to hospital and ran out of gas. It was the 1970s and I will give you a e-cookie if know what make and model of car my father had at the time.

My parents where also the landlords of an AMC dealership in Seattle. I grew up with AMC cars and became attached to them later in life. My family is puzzled by this. Being a proud owner of two 1970s crap boxes when I can easily afford a Camaro or a Mustang.

When I first joined initially Joined my screen name was some variation of Messenjah since I was a big POD fan in HS,and I joined the summer/fall of 03, then Halo 2 and XBL happened, I wanted Genocide Junkie or Suicide Messiah for a gamer tag but those were too offensive, so I hit randomly generate a M$ approved safe screen name and Meatywand was the 3rd on the list....it's been downhill ever since

I'd never have figured you for a POD fan, Meaty

I don't remember the name I used when I lurked, but when I first started posting I went by MiniVanMan. I was talking to some chick in my journalism class, she was writing a story about student's first cars, and of course I had to bug her because she was pretty hot.. so she asked me what I drive and I bashfully said "...a van.. a mini van." She said to me "Ooooh, a mini-van man! Nice!" I just thought it sounded funny, so I used it.

I tried to change it a few times, but I'm not creative with names. I was HighOctane once (no meaning behind that)

Became DerbyDriver when I bought a car for demolition derby, and ended up scrapping it because I bought a junk motor...

Then went by my first name, Nick, for a while, then asked for a ban after a disastrous disagreement in a review thread for cloverfield spawned a 20+ page flame against me.

Just as the Ginger Jared episode was winding down, I registered as 77Olds (year and make of my car) because I wanted to play on A-R before it officially died... then Jim and company took over and lifted all the bans, but I decided to keep 77Olds rather than go back to Nick, mainly because it doesn't carry the negative history.
