If you make it to Mobile this summer, consider making a detour to the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola. It is only about 30-45 mins away.

If I do the trip I'm planning, I don't know if I'll have time.  I'd love to see the place though.  The trip I want to take will take me from Norfolk, to Wilmington NC, to Mobile, to Houston, to Los Angeles, to Boston, then down to Camden NJ and back to Manassas.  The National Naval Aviation Museum is a place I've wanted to go, though.

If you happen to be near Warner-Robbins, Georgia there is a good airforce museum too. Used to be free.
