Spark Plugs for Civic Hybrid?
« on: November 10, 2015, 08:32:40 PM »
Haven't bought spark plugs since I had the Comp G.

Car is a 2007 Civic Hybrid.  Not sure what is best to run in it.  It has 341,000 miles on it.  Burns a qt. of oil or so every 3,000 miles too.  Any other suggestions for some easy maintenance for this car? I'm just amazed how well it runs.

I think all of it.  This MIGHT be the second set of plugs in it now. Other than that, I don't think anything has been replaced.

Whatever the manufacturer recommends. Might say in the owners manual. I've seen lots of problems with people using those platinum plugs or other gimmicky plugs in certain engines.

Well, I ended up selling this car on craigslist.  It sold in like 10 minutes.  Looks like 343,000 miles didn't scare anyone. I had 20+ emails/texts.
