"As much as the parents want this case to be about a 'gun,' it is, rather, a case about classroom disruption from a student who has had a long history of disruptive behavior," Nussbaum wrote in his opinion, which was dated June 26, the Washington Post reported. He asserted that the suspension came as a result of disciplinary problems the boy had, and not just because of what he did with the breakfast pastry.

Suspension is a stupid "punishment" regardless, but yeah.

This also happened not long after Sandy Hook iirc, hysterics and what not.

I'd say they should have just told the kid to not do it again when they found out what it was, and sent him on his way.  Though the kid should have listened to his engineering teacher who said "You shouldn't show this to anyone else."

I think the muslim kid should be strung up and the white kids should be sent to death camps.

Wait what are we talking about?
